The Challenge

It's Not 2001 Anymore

When Innovations Manufacturing & Distributing (IMD) first approached me, they were relying on outdated branding and a website that hadn’t been touched since 2001. Built in Microsoft FrontPage, their site was not mobile-friendly, lacked e-commerce capabilities, and provided a poor user experience. Their logo was raster-based and inconsistent across platforms, limiting brand recognition. With no formal photo or video assets and a non-existent social media presence, they struggled to effectively market their extensive line of custom-made products and reach potential clients in hospitality and other high-value industries.

IMD needed a comprehensive brand refresh and digital transformation to compete in a modern marketplace and drive growth.

Step 1

Modernize The Website & Logo

After recreating the logo in vector format for better quality printing and visual consistency across platforms, I rebuilt the IMD website from the ground up using WordPress, replacing the dated FrontPage site with a modern, responsive platform. The new website:

  • Features a clean, user-friendly design with intuitive navigation

  • Includes WooCommerce integration, enabling customers to browse and purchase from hundreds of custom products

  • Highlights IMD’s capabilities and industries served, with clear calls to action

  • Showcases custom photography and videos that bring the products to life

  • Is optimized for SEO and mobile devices to maximize visibility and reach

Step 2

Establish Capacity

To elevate the brand visually and communicate product quality, I directed a full suite of custom photo and video shoots. This included:

  • Professional product photography for use across the website and marketing materials
  • Behind-the-scenes factory and team shots to build trust and showcase craftsmanship
  • Promotional videos highlighting capabilities and key products
  • Editing and formatting content for web, social, and email campaigns

These assets helped IMD look as professional online as they are in real life, building credibility with large clients.

Step 3

Increase Brand Awareness

To further modernize IMD’s outreach, I launched and managed their social media presence across key platforms. My approach included:

  • Creating brand-consistent logo variations for avatars, banners, and post graphics
  • Scheduling and publishing product highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and promotions
  • Monitoring engagement and performance, adjusting strategies to grow followers and reach

 

By building an active online presence, IMD became more discoverable to hospitality buyers and commercial clients.

The Result

These combined efforts helped position IMD as a modern, competitive brand in their industry. As a direct result of the rebrand and digital marketing strategy:
