The Challenge
Building The Brand
Spindrift Capital Partners is a New York-based real estate investment firm specializing in mobile home community and multifamily real estate acquisition. The founder wanted a corporate identity that conveyed his team’s core values and interests as well as printed brand materials and a website integrated with a CRM for capturing and nurturing leads. As Creative Director, I led a team of graphic designers, copywriters, and digital marketing professionals to realize the founder’s vision, ensure visual and tonal consistency, and implement functional tech solutions.

Step 1
Brand Identity & Visual Design
The project began with a deep dive into Spindrift’s target audience, industry positioning, and long-term goals. From this foundation, I developed a comprehensive visual and brand identity system, including:
Logo Design – A clean, modern mark that evokes trust and forward momentum. Taking inspiration from the founder’s love of sailing, Spindrift CP’s icon was designed to combine image of a cresting wave with the profile of a sail boat.
Color Palette & Typography – The typography is clean, corporate, but maintains personality in the curve of the “r”, reinforcing the company’s nautical theme. The stable and trust-building blue and teal primary colors connect to the brand’s sailing undertones, while the brick red accent color provides the contrast and energy needed to catch the eye of potential investors.
Brand Voice & Tone – Confident, professional, and approachable—designed to speak clearly to investors and business partners.
All elements were captured in a comprehensive brand guide, giving the Spindrift team a centralized resource to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Create Brand Materials
With the visual identity in place, I developed a full suite of branded collateral to support Spindrift’s marketing and business development efforts:
Branded Pitch Deck – Designed to visually communicate Spindrift’s investment thesis, market expertise, and value proposition.
Business Cards & Letterhead – Elegant, print-ready designs for professional touchpoints.
Tri-Fold Brochure – A digestible, high-impact overview of services and differentiators for in-person meetings and conferences.
60-Page eBook – A robust digital asset offering deep insights into the firm’s strategies and market trends—crafted to position Spindrift as a thought leader from day one.
Each piece was meticulously designed to reflect the integrity and polish of the new brand, while remaining flexible for updates as the company scaled.
Step 3
Website Design & CRM Integration
To bring the brand fully online, I designed and developed the SpindriftCapitalPartners.com website as a clean, modern digital presence that reinforced the firm’s professionalism and clarity. Key features included:
Custom Website Design – Built with visual continuity from the brand guide, the site communicates trust and competence through thoughtful layout, typography, and interactive elements.
Content Strategy & UX – Focused on investor needs, with clear calls-to-action and concise messaging across all key pages.
CRM Integration – Set up forms and workflows to integrate directly with the firm’s CRM system, streamlining lead capture and communications.
The result is a fast, responsive site that works as both a marketing asset and a business development tool—positioning Spindrift as a premium player in the commercial real estate space.
